Review: Fragile Eternity by Melissa Marr

 Fragile Eternity (Wicked Lovely, #3)

Review:
I really love the whole Wicked Lovely world, but this was my least favorite so far. Niall being the Dark King was really interesting and we got more information about him and Irial's relationship more and more. The high court and winter were fascinating to delve deeper into. In particular the High Queen Sorcha and her dealings with the fae and everything else. My sore spot was really Seth, just in general.

There are spoilers abound after this point!!

Okay, I get it. He loves Ash, wants to be with her forever, and is a human. The fae world is dangerous for him and eventually he grows old and dies. All very bad points for loving a fairy, but to go and throw yourself at the mercy of the high queen? Dumb.

Just really dumb.
Desperate? Yes.
Romantic? Maybe.
Wise? NO!

I really hope he doesn't die, only the next books will tell, but there are so many fae that would be upset that I can't see this ending well if it turns bad.

Keenan is also really pissing me off too. I know he has got to rule his court, but BACK OFF. He really does seem to be the bad guy in all of this despite the fact the dark court is suppose to be the "bad" guys. Not really seeing it at this point.

I feel like this was one of those books in the series that is just suppose to move the plot along while introducing new players to the game. It did seem to have a lot of filler and not a lot of action, but maybe it will become important in the next one!-My Opinion-Borrow it!
